Vintage Green Turquoise Sterling Silver Bracelet

Turquoise is colored by trace elements of cooper in the stone. Its greens can range from shades of bluish-green to apple-green or lime-green. Generally, if turquoise forms with less copper and more aluminum, the material tends to be green. That is the case with this lovely green oblong cabochon that is the centerpiece of this bracelet.

The soft green color is intermixed with a light brown matrix. The stone is bezel set and surrounded by a twisted wire, on a mount that echos the shape of the stone. Delicate ball shapes are used as decorative elements that ground the design.

This bracelet is a cuff and measures 5" and slips on the wrist, adjustable by gently opening it to the desired size. Will fit up to a 7" wrist, the green turquoise is 1 3/8" x 3/4" with the overall silver piece being 1 5/8" x 1" .
