Vintage 18K Gold Lucky Horseshoe Charm

Made in Italy circa 1970’s, this adorable little 18k gold charm has seven nail holes to represent lucky number seven! 

It weighs .92 grams and is 7/16” x 1/2”, with an additional 3.45 x 5.66 mm bail. It is marked on the bail as 18k gold.
