A beautiful expression of a Victorian mourning ring, this 18k gold band features black enamel and three Old Mine Cut diamonds. The black enamel is broken up into sections that divide the band visually. The diamonds are held in square bead settings that are set on a diagonal, while the two end sections of the enamel have carved leaf elements. The diagonal placement of the settings brings a liveliness and geometry to the design, and the black enamel pops against the 18k gold. 

The ring contains three natural antique Old Mine Cut diamonds with a TCW of 0.4 carat. The larger center diamond measures 3.5 mm; the two side diamonds measure 2.75 mm. The diamonds are SL1- SL2 in clarity, I-J in color. 

The band is 1/4” thick at its widest point, 1/8” at its narrowest. It weighs 3.65 grams. Marked 18k and with the maker’s mark CG. The enamel is in impeccable condition. 

Ring size 6.75, not resizable.
