This is an incredible pair of two-tone 14k gold and seed pearl earrings. These stunning earrings feature a delicate rose gold leaf design set with seed pearls. There is a beautiful yellow gold textured finish on the cylindrical elements, a tiny diagonal grid —which was very common for the period and speaks of the amazing craftsmanship from this time.
These earrings date from around 1890 and feature a pierced hook back, which closes at the top of the piece, requiring the hook to enter from the back of the ear lobe. Each earring is approximately 1 1/8” x 1/2”.
