Part of the Kirsten’s Corner Signature collection, this 18k gold three stone ring features a peach tourmaline as its focal point. Sourced from Tanzania, the tourmaline is a deep stone with facets that draw you into its center. Its many facets pull in the sunlight, and when the stone is looked out outside, it has even more sparkle, with facets that seem to reflect off of each other infinitely, creating an optical illusion reminiscent of a room of mirrors. The tourmaline has a modified Emerald cut (a truncated square) and is set in a bezel that outlines its unique shape. Off to the sides are deeply saturated red rubies, round in shape, and bezel set. The bezel settings are hand carved, and the beautiful facets of the carved gold give the ring a weight that offsets the stones nicely. A one-of-a-kind piece!
The ring contains 3.3 carats of natural tourmaline and .28 carats of natural rubies. The ring is unmarked but acid tests as 18k gold.
The face of the ring measures approximately 5/8” x 5/16”. The ring weighs 5.7 grams.
