This vintage 10k gold St. Mary charm has good, crisp detail and a nice rosy hue. On the front, Mary is depicted with the words “O Mary Conceived Without Sin Pray For Us Who Have Recourse To Thee” and the year “1830,” both references to the visions of St. Catherine Labouré. The back of the pendant has a cross intersecting an M.
The pendant is 3/4” x 1/2”, plus an additional 5.2 x 4 mm bail. The width is 0.41 grams. It weighs 0.64 grams. The pendant acid tests as 10k gold; the bail acid tests as 14k gold.
