This sparkling Edwardian pendant contains 25 Old Mine Cut diamonds with a border of milgrain work. The diamonds are set in a shared bead setting that enhances the sparkle of the diamonds and the beauty of the milgrain work. The front of the pendant is topped in platinum for a fluid look against the stunning diamonds. The bail and back of the pendant are 14k gold.
The horseshoe looks elegant on a delicate chain. Traditionally, a horseshoe is worn upside down to keep the luck in. But wearing the horseshoe right side up shows that you have an abundance of luck and are able to let some it shower down on the world around you.
The 25 Old Mine Cut diamonds have high tables and are beautifully well-matched. They are G-H in color and VS1-SL1 in clarity. They range in size from 2 mm - 1.2 mm, for a total of 1/3 of a carat.
The pendant weighs 2.46 grams. It measures 3/4” x 15/16”.
