Chaumet Joséphine Aigrette Platinum Diamond Wedding Band

$2,450.00
This beautiful Chaumet ring is in current production; this one is in excellent condition. It contains 27 of the highest quality diamonds, bead set in platinum to create a gorgeous line of sparkle. The center of the band makes a chevron coming to a gentle point, in a design that is simple, elegant, and graceful. Perfect as a wedding band, and also would look great as a stacker.

Chaumet was founded in 1780, by Marie-Étienne Nitot, an apprentice of the jeweler of Marie-Antoinette. By the early 1800’s, Nitot became the jeweler of Napoleon’s first wife, Empress Josephine—as well as the most sought after jeweler in Europe. Today, Chaumet continues to be known for its elegant and graceful designs, and as one of the finest jewelry houses in France.

The ring contains 27 natural brilliant cut diamonds. They are G in color and VS in clarity. The band is 2.3 mm wide. The ring weighs 3.2 grams. It is beautifully marked with the Chaumet hallmark, Chaumet, PL 750, 50 (for the French ring size), and the serial number 1477599.

Ring size 5.25.
