Circa the 1930’s, this platinum band is channel set with table cut sapphires, creating a solid blue line that shimmers in the light. The Art Deco ring is clean and sophisticated, and the square shape of the stones brings a geometric motif to the simple design.
This is a great band for stacking—we’ve photographed it here with similar rings available through our shop to complete the set. It also looks beautiful alone and makes a great alternative wedding ring.
Almost a century old, the ring shows age appropriate abrasions and minor chips to the stones, only visible when examined under a loop. The ring offers excellent proportions: each stone measures 2.25 mm while the platinum band has a width of 2.75 mm. The ring weighs 2.9 grams.
The ring contains 1.45 carats of sapphire.
