This is a remarkable 14k gold, ruby and pearl Victorian Revival bracelet from the 1950's. A mid-century piece, the elegant design incorporates elements of Victorian jewelry, using the alternating ruby and pearl pattern and ornate filigree that were popular in the late 1800's. The nine natural transitional cut rubies are approximately 3 mm each, while the nine pearls are approximately 3.15 mm. On the sides of the bracelet is a beautifully delicate filagree design, while the back hinge is detailed with sweeping, fluid lines.
The piece also includes a safety clasp for added security. The bracelet measure 6.5" and will fit a wrist up to that size. It weighs 14.5 grams.
