18K Gold Hand Wired Salt and Pepper Diamond Faceted Bead Necklace

This gorgeous 18k gold necklace features 75 salt and pepper diamonds. The diamonds are cognac colored and flecked with bits of carbon, for an effect known as salt and pepper diamonds. They are well-matched with subtle variation to their coloring that add beauty and intrigue to the piece. Each diamond is approximately 2 x 6 x 2 mm in size, and the smaller size of the beads give the necklace a delicate look. The chain is completely hand made in a labor intensive process, with each stone individually strung on an 18k gold wire that is looped and tied off, then connected to the wire of the following diamond. The many facets of the diamond beads capture the light and the necklace has a beautiful shimmer.

The necklace contains 75 natural salt and pepper diamonds, for a TCW of 6 carats. Each diamond measures approximately 2 x 6 x 2 mm. We love that the salt and pepper diamonds allow for a necklace with many carats of diamonds but an affordable price.

The necklace is 18.25” long. It weighs 2.65 grams. It has a lobster clasp and is marked 750.
