A lovely Edwardian era ring, a dazzling piece perfectly featuring a vibrant diamond and sapphire combination. This ring is made of 18K yellow gold with a platinum front, as was popular during this era. The central diamond measures approximately 3.5 mm and it is an old European cut diamond with an approximate weight of .2 carats. The smaller diamonds that decorate the connection between these two featured gemstones are approximately 1mm and are all rose cuts. These connections appear to be stem-like, which turns the blue and lively diamond gemstones into a two flower bouquet. The sapphire is approximately 3 mm or .15 carats and is a lovely bright blue natural gemstone. The ring is a size 7, and can be professionally resized if necessary. The ring is beautifully designed and could make a wonderful engagement ring. An original piece, feminine and bright, an Edwardian classic.
