Watermelon tourmaline is known for its color-zoning of multiple colors, typically in shades of pink and green, reminiscent of the fruit. This 14k gold signature pendant contains a watermelon tourmaline of vibrant pink with a dark green that slashes across it in a diagonal swath of color. The tourmaline is hand carved into a beautiful leaf with intricate detailing, set in a 14k gold custom-made mount. The sides of the bezel mimic the shape of the leaf, with textured sides and four prongs that hold the stone in place. Part of our Kirsten’s Corner Signature Collection, a lot of care went into designing a bezel that would match the beauty of this leaf-shaped stone. Watermelon tourmaline is known for its healing properties and ability to calm and sooth emotions, and the leaf carving is a reminder of the serenity of nature. 

The pendant measures 9/16” x 7/8” with a depth of 1/4”. It has a 5.15 x 7.5 mm bail. It weighs 4.1 grams. Unmarked; acid tests as 14k gold.
