This oversized 14k yellow gold chain necklace features 6 striking oval amber glass loops. Circa 1970s - 80s, this 33” long necklace has a warm butterscotch color reminiscent of candy or the tones of summer sunlight. There is a fun confidence throughout this design, using saturated color, bold graphic shapes, and balancing this with the smaller yet durable lines of the oval linked chain.

The carved amber glass has gold attachment to the loops. The style looks nautical and adds to the overall boldness of this design. Each loop measures about 15.8 mm by 22.4 mm

The chain is marked 14k gold on the clasp, and the links measure 2.9 mm by 3.3 mm each. The chain sections between loops measure about 4 1/4”. There is approximately 16 grams of gold in this piece and the overall weight of the necklace is 40 grams.
