An incredible Victorian era bracelet, made with 10k gold in an architecturally inspired design. This bracelet features a belt-buckle centerpiece with pyramid engravings and beautiful Taille d’Epargne black enamel detailing. Taille d'Epargné translates from the French word “saving cut” and was a popular form or bright-cut work during the Victorian era involving black enamel tracing.
Along the sides of the bracelet is hand engraved scrolling foliate and an incredible textured pattern behind the centerpiece. Set within the flower motif is an open cartouche, that is ready to be engraved and personalized.
This bracelet is in very good condition, with some minor dents on the inside. It fits a size 7" wrist and weighs 32 grams. The band measures 1/2" and it opens and secures safely.
