Victorian Sterling Silver Key Pendant

$200.00

Circa the 1880’s, this sterling silver pendant originally functioned as a working key! Today, it can be worn on a chain for a great bold look. It has an intricate, blocky form and doubles as both jewelry and a fascinating piece of history—leaving you to wonder what this mysterious key once unlocked.

The key is marked as “925” (sterling silver) and has an unidentified maker’s mark, as well as the number 30. Though we couldn’t pinpoint its exact origins, we know the key is from Europe.

The key weighs 15.6 grams and is 2 3/4” x 13/16”.
