This stunning 18k gold ruby and diamond ring is an English piece from the early 20th century. It features a trefoil setting and scrolling sides, giving the piece an ornate and regal quality. The rubies are circular in shape, and the beautiful diamonds are Rose Cut. The initials “M.A.C & D.A.C.” are engraved on the inside of the band, suggesting this was once a lover’s or engagement ring.
There are three rubies, approximately 1.63 mm, 2.1 mm, and 1.6 mm in size. The six diamonds are all approximately 1 mm. The ring weighs 2.27 grams. It is marked as 18k.
