Opals comes from the Greek word "opallios", which means "to see change". What a beautiful idea for an eternity band, symbolizing the similarly ever changing nature of a relationship.
The cabochons are well-sized, measuring approximately 7 mm x 4.7 mm with a total opal carat weight of 3.7. The opal carat weight is marked on the inside of the band alongside 18k. This ring is a size 6 1/2, and we have another almost identical, slightly larger, ring that can be purchased separately.
