This is an outstanding 18k vintage gold chain from the 1920s. The chain has a curb-link variation and is cut in such a way that the links nestle together nicely, hanging meticulously when worn.
It's also very versatile. There is a split ring and dog clip clasp system that offers nice design elements as well as additional utility. The split ring can be used to attach a charm (please see pictures).
This necklace measures 21.5” from end to end, and the width of the chain is 4.5 mm. The piece weighs 37.6 grams and has been acid tested to be 18k gold.
