Part of Kirsten’s Corner Signature Collection, we crafted this brand new ring specifically for the Leo cut diamond at its center. The classic tank ring design, made popular by Cartier, perfectly emphasizes the sparkling facets of the square princess cut diamond, and the band is crafted from beautiful 18k gold. The diamond is illusion set, flush against the gold band, for a seamless appearance held in place in a half-bezel along two sides of the border—a graceful design that crates the effect that the diamond is floating.
The Leo cut diamond is .7 carats, H in color, and VS2 in clarity. Leo diamonds are trademarked and patented, the first diamonds certified to be visibly brighter. The cut uses patented technology to place additional facets on the diamond, with microscopic nano-prisms that release colorful sparkle. This square-shaped diamond measures 5x5 mm. It comes with both Leo Diamond and IGI paperwork, and has an identification number laser inscribed on diamond. (We sourced this diamond from a different ring, which is noted in the IGI paperwork.)
The ring weighs 6.55 grams. The band is 5.2 mm wide and 3.8 mm thick on the topside of the ring. It is marked on its interior as 18k gold.
