14K Art Deco White Gold Filigree Necklace with Diamond and Emeralds
This rectangular shaped necklace is an Art Deco classic. In the rounded corners of its delicate filigree work it houses a 2.5mm single cut diamond. Encased in an oval shape within the whole are four caliber cut triangular emeralds. In the lacey details of the filigree work there is a repeating motif of fleur-de-lys and spider webs. At the top a rare matching bale with a pearl allows it to be suspended from a chain, in this case a 14K white gold 16" chain.
This is a perfect delicate piece of Art Deco filigree, circa 1930. The pendant measure 1 3/8" x 7/8" with the bale adding and additional 5/8", it acid test to be 14K gold. The 16" chain is marked 14K. The total weight of the pendant and chain is 4.7 grams. It is in excellent condition.
